General Terms
Clients agree to pay for the services provided by Registry Connect Co-op through the website, at the current rates established by Registry Connect Co-op for those services,
which are stated and updated on the application form provided on this website (www.registrysearch.ca).
Once the payment has been approved the requested search will be completed and emailed to the client at the email address provided.
Fees are non-refundable, even if it is later determined that the search requested wasn't what was actually wanted.
For possible exceptions, please see the Refund Policy below.
System availability of this site is restricted to hours of availability of the associated databases.
Delivery Policy
All search products are returned to the client at the email address they provided.
Access is also provided on the approval page once the search has been completed.
Generally searches are completed within 30-60 seconds though may be delayed in the event of technical difficulties.
In this event the client will receive their results as soon as their request has been completed.
Refund Policy
In the event that we receive your request, and cannot process it for any reason, your fees will be refunded directly to the credit card that was used for payment.
